The property was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was perfect with the tram stop for the city centre a 3 minute walk away. Shops and restaurants nearby. Vilson met us when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know about the property. He was easy to communicate with and very friendly. He gave us advice on the best places to eat and even gave us tips for later in our trip. One of the most important things for us is safe parking as we travel on our motorcycle. Vilson gave us options and we were able to park safely and securely.

Nice, modern flat with good amenities and public transport connection by tram. Responsive and nice host (although we never met in person). There is an amazing bakery in walking distance (recommended by the host). The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed (incl. aircon, lift). Bit of noise from the main door and neighbors (but that's not the host's fault).

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto confortevole. La cucina e la zona lavanderia sono ben attrezzate. Vilson è stata molto reattiva alle domande e ha potuto accettare un check-in anticipato. L'ascensore era facile per i nostri bagagli. A 10 minuti di tram dal centro e a 5 minuti da un centro commerciale con un enorme negozio di alimentari Coop per pasti facili e convenienti. Un alloggio ben tenuto con parcheggio in una buona posizione per esplorare Firenze. La comunicazione funziona molto bene. Come alcuni ospiti precedenti, abbiamo potuto utilizzare il parcheggio già prima del check-in e poi effettuare il check-in all'orario da noi desiderato, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Firenze molto più semplice il primo giorno.

La posizione del B&B è ottima, si può raggiungere facilmente il centro città con il tram vicino, il che rende comodo visitare la città.
