Availability & Booking

Book Your Stay

Pick your dates in the calendar: you'll see the total straight away, and what the same stay would cost on the other platforms. No online payment — we'll contact you to arrange it.

Book direct, save more

Airbnb and Booking take a commission on every booking, and it's already inside the price they show you. Here that cost doesn't exist: the same stay costs you around 16% less.

Around 16% less

The commission the platforms keep is baked into the price they display. Book here and you don't pay it — the saving stays with you.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions

How do I pay?

By bank transfer — the method we prefer — or via PayPal. Nothing is paid online on this site: when you send your request we put the dates on hold straight away and email you the payment details and the exact amount. You have 48 hours to pay, then your booking is confirmed.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, up to 48 hours before arrival, with a full refund. Write to vilsonsina@hotmail.it or albanashehu@hotmail.it stating the reason and your bank details, which must be in the name of the person who made the booking. After that, the booking is no longer refundable.

Why book here instead of Airbnb or Booking?

Because it costs less: around 16% less for the same flat and the same dates. The platforms take a commission on every booking, and it's already inside the price they show you. The calendar summary shows the comparison in euros for the dates you pick. You also write directly to the people who run the place, with no middleman.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. We welcome you in person on arrival to hand over the keys and show you around. If your flight or train arrives at an awkward hour, just write to us: we'll do our best to fit around you.

Is there parking?

Yes, private parking included in the price, at no extra cost. In Florence that's a rare comfort: street parking in the area is paid and almost always full.

How many people can stay?

Up to 3 guests. It's a studio flat with a double bed and a sofa bed: if there are three of you, mention it in the message with your request so we can have everything ready before you arrive.

Is there a minimum stay?

No, none at all: you can book even a single night. For one-night stays the final cleaning fee is €30 instead of €40.

Is the city tax included in the price?

Yes, the total you see in the calendar already includes it, listed as a separate line in the summary: €6 per person per night. It's a tax charged by the City of Florence which we collect on its behalf, not a mark-up of ours.

How do I get here from the airport or the station?

By the T2 tram, which connects Peretola airport to Santa Maria Novella station. The stop is close to the flat and the historic centre is a few minutes away. You'll find the line map in the Florence section.

What's in the flat?

Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and a complete set of crockery. There's a washing machine, and the bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Bed linen and towels are included.

Are pets allowed? Can I smoke?

The flat is non-smoking and we can't accommodate pets. Those are the only two house rules: for everything else, we want you to feel as free as you would at home.
